BRQ General Aviation (GA) Departure Form

Based on the Regulation of the National Security Program of the Czech Republic, every departing passenger entering Security Restricted Area (SRA) must present the document specified in the Regulation (a valid boarding pass or an equivalent document).

The attached BRQ General Aviation Departure Form contains all the information required by legislation to identify GA passengers when entering SRA. For a fast and smooth departure via BRQ GAT, we kindly ask you to fill out this form in advance.
